Autumn, the season that loves our home, has arrived, giving ideas to renew it and make it look beautiful and feel cozy.
Autumn colors and scents in the following tips.
1. “Sweet” lightning
It is no coincidence that lighting is at the top of our list, as it is perhaps the most determining factor to interior design. Choose light bulbs in “warm” colors like yellow or orange and avoid “cold” colors like white. You can also think about removing one or more bulbs from your living room lamp, as the low lighting will help you relax. Finally, put candles into your life, the ultimate friend of relaxation that complements our “sweet” lighting with its romantic playful glow. This autumn we love pine aroma candles.
2. The return of the carpet
It is time to put back our carpets to warm our home. Apart from their utilitarian part, carpets are intense decorative figures. Think about placing them in a different way, so that the space changes. If you are looking for a new carpet, choose a color that ‘ties’ with the space and pay close attention to match your curtains.
3. Autumn sofa
A piece of furniture that is a symbol of the autumn as we begin to spend more time at home and of course on our sofa. Make sure to “dress” it so that it’s ready for the beginning of the cold, creating a warm, cozy corner. Autumn loves covers and soft blankets in the shades of orange and green. You can choose a lot of different pillows of any design, fabric and color to give an ultimate mix & match style to your autumn sofa.
4. “Green” it up with plants
It’s time to take out our empty pots and breathe some green life into our place. Naturally beautiful, plants always give a lively feeling and their care is known to be the best anxiolytic. Decorative compositions with plants, as the one you see in the photo, are an ultimate trend. Think about “dressing” the wall with a green feast, and do not be afraid of “playing” with the pots colors. With a little imagination, this composition could become the decorative centerpiece of your house.
